FAQ

  • Can I arrive to my appointment with makeup on?

Yes! All treatments include a thorough cleanse to remove all makeup, debris, dirt, and products at the beginning.

  • How long after facial treatment (such as botox/filler) do I have to wait to get a facial?

Botox and fillers we recommend a 2 week gap before your facial appointment.

For non-ablative lasers, chemical peels (depending on the intensity), and waxing, we recommend a 2 week gap before your facial appointment.

For microneedle and ablative lasers (depending on the depth), we recommend waiting 4 weeks before your facial appointment.

  • What would keep me from being able to getting microneedling done?

The following condition would cause you to not be a good candidate for microneedle: severe cystic acne, prone to keloid scarring, pregnant/nursing, prone to cold sores, bleeding disorders, those on blood thinners or chemo therapy.

  • Am I a good candidate for radio-frequency if I have a pace maker?

Unfortunately, those with a pacemaker are not good candidates for radio frequency as the radio frequency waves can interfere with the pacemaker, tricking it into stopping, pacing irregularly, or delivering shocks.
